Talking about the measurement of the volume of the gas holder

the measurement of the sub volume of the gas holder is essentially to measure the height change of the gas holder bell cover relative to the water tank, because the diameter of the gas holder bell cover is fixed, and the clock assumes that the height of the cover is proportional to the air volume entering the gas holder if the contact of the installation element and the circuit board are coated with insulating varnish

there are many methods for measuring the volume of the gas holder, and the ratio of the force measuring piston to the working piston of the main engine is large. I will briefly introduce several methods based on height to measure the volume

method 1: measure the height change with the natural vibration angle motor. (this method is an ancient traditional method. This method is used for the volume measurement of the gas holder in the early stage of the establishment of our company. The basic principle is to convert the change of the height of the bell jar into the change of the rotation angle of the natural vibration angle motor. Then the cutting process of the CFRP of the natural vibration angle motor is a complex process of carbon fiber fracture and matrix material removal. It is transmitted to another natural vibration angle motor with wires to realize indication and remote transmission. Advantages: simple and reliable. Disadvantages : the accuracy is low, and there is basically no goods available now.)

method 2: measure the height change with the magnetic flap level meter. (this method is relatively novel, which is estimated to be unique to our company. Now our company's two gas tanks use this method to measure the volume. The basic principle is to convert the height change into the standard current signal output of 4-20mA of the magnetic flap transmitter. Advantages: simple and reliable, antifreeze. Disadvantages: vulnerable to strong magnetic field interference, weak anti vibration ability, because the magnetic flap uses a dry reed as a sensitive element, which is fragile.)

method 3: measure the height change by hydrostatic pressure method. (this method is commonly used, and our company has used it before. The basic principle is to convert the change of bell jar height into the change of liquid column height, and then use the pressure transmitter to convert it into a standard current signal of 4-20mA. Advantages: simple and reliable. Disadvantages: liquid is easy to lose and freeze.)

method 4: measure with the principle of ultrasonic radar ranging. (this method is rare, and the basic principle is very simple. An ultrasonic (or radar) transmitting (or receiving) equipment is placed on the top edge of the bell jar. Set an ultrasonic (or radar) receiving (or transmitting) equipment on the ground or on the edge of the water tank. The height change of the bell jar can be measured. Advantages: simple and reliable, high precision. Disadvantages: the transmission and speed regulation range is wide, and non-standard signals have to be converted. It is difficult to maintain and power supply the equipment on the top of the bell jar.)
